Students at Bellefontaine Elementary School and Bellefontaine Intermediate School recently wrapped up a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Students celebrated the holiday during announcements featuring bilingual students who taught their peers to greet, count, and identify colors in Spanish.
Along with these student announcements, students learned the meaning of heritage and were encouraged to discuss their heritage with their families.
Finally, students expressed great interest in their own heritage as well as the heritage of their peers. Nos encanta aprender (We love learning)!
